Áine McGroarty is Chief Commercial Officer at Unio Wealth Management, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial services. Áine leads the firm’s commercial strategy, overseeing business development and client value proposition, aligning Unio’s offering with the evolving needs of its high-net-worth clientele including business owners, SMEs, professionals and corporates. With her vast experience and expertise, she plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth and ensuring that Unio’s clients receive the highest standard of financial advisory services. Prior to joining Unio, she held a senior consultant role at Acumen and Trust and served as Director of Financial Planning at wealth management firm Baseplan. A native of Donegal, she holds a Master’s in Financial Services and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from UCD and CFP®, QFA, RPA and SIA designations.
