Damian Fadden

Damian is Director of Strategic Partnerships in Irish Life Employer Solutions with a keen focus on developing and fostering long-term employee benefit relationships with large employers in Ireland. He also holds executive responsibility for Irish Life Wellbeing and health insurance corporate operations. Over the past 25 years, Damian held several positions across the Irish Life Group. Originally training as an actuary before moving into commercial leadership roles, he led the Irish Life Corporate Business commercial function for several years with executive responsibility for Sales, Client Relationship Management and Product Management/Pricing for group life, annuity and pension markets. In 2016, Damian moved to Irish Life Health as Commercial Director, with overall responsibility for market facing activities across corporate and retail markets and multiple sales channels. An excellent communicator and collaborator, Damian thrives in leveraging interpersonal skills to build trust with partners and motivate teams to succeed. Outside of work, Damian enjoys sports (as a spectator!), travel and classic cars, and prioritises spending time with his young family.
